At approximately 1:54 PM, demonstrators began blocking part of Westwood Plaza north of Le Conte Ave. As of 3:00 PM, the roadway has reopened. ALL CLEAR. Expect residual traffic delays, consider alternate routes, and allow for additional travel time.
