Parts of Los Angeles may receive 1 - 2 inches of rain, with 2 - 4 inches possible in the mountains and hills. There is a slight risk of thunderstorms and debris flow across recent burn scars. Get ready and take extra precautions. Impacts in the area could include power outages, debris flows, and flooding in rapidly rising waterways, as well as in roads and freeways.
